*Immediate family refers to spouses/domestic partners, children, parents, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews - whether related biologically or through adoption.
Active Duty – Acceptable forms of identification include .mil email addresses and various military IDs such as Active Duty ID Cards and Common Access Cards (CAC).
For veterans, acceptable forms of identification include Military Retiree ID Cards, Veterans ID cards, Veteran Health ID Cards, Uniformed Services ID Cards, and state-issued driver’s licenses marked “VETERAN”.
Please note that our Compassion Exception Policy only applies to EaseMyTrip.us's own cancellation/refund/ticket change service fees - not airline-imposed penalties/fare differences/supplier charges which remain applicable regardless of eligibility under this policy.
