This Consumer Health Data Notice serves as a supplement to the EaseMyTrip Privacy Policy and outlines how we collect, use, and handle your “consumer health data” (as defined under Washington State’s My Health My Data Act or Nevada SB 370, as applicable) (“Consumer Health Data” and collectively, the “Consumer Health Laws”). This Consumer Health Data Notice does not cover privacy practices associated with EaseMyTrip job applicants, employees, or other personnel.

Any changes will take effect when the updated Consumer Health Data Notice is posted on our Websites, Apps, or Services, as applicable. By continuing to use the Websites, Apps, or Services after these changes are made, you acknowledge and accept the revised Consumer Health Data Notice.
