We offer special discounts under our Compassion Exception Policy (CEP) for military personnel, bereavement cases, and visually impaired travelers.

Airline Refunds/Future Credits/Currency Conversion Policies
  • Refunds and future credits are subject to airline fare rules, policies, and procedures
  • All service fees will be converted to your local currency on the payment page.
  • The offer is applicable for passenger types, including Adult, child, senior, infant, student, military.
  • Service fees are charged per passenger, per ticket for changes, refunds, cancellations, and future credits.
Service Fee Policies
  • Service fees (Booking fees) are non-refundable and may change without prior notice.
  • Our service fees are in addition to any airline-imposed or supplier-imposed fees and charges.
Government-Imposed Taxes & Fees
  • Taxes and fees mandated by the government are subject to change.
  • You will only be charged the final total amount displayed or quoted by our agent at the time of payment.

Most of our airline tickets are non-refundable. Only available if our Travel Suppliers' fare rules allow cancellation and refunds, and we have accepted your request for a refund, you are not a "no show" (most "no show" bookings are in-eligible for any waiver from suppliers for refund processing), and if we are able to secure waivers from suppliers to process this requested cancellation and refund.

Special Services & Requests

All special services are subject to airline review and approval and are processed on a request basis only. Fees for special services are charged upon service fulfillment and will only be refunded if the airline denies the request.

Common special service requests include:
  • Name Corrections - If the passenger's name on the ticket does not match their passport or government-issued ID.
  • Visa/Passport Issues - A visa/passport decline letter may be required for processing.
  • Baggage Claims -Passengers must retain all receipts and baggage tags for refund requests.
  • No-Show Situations - Documentation explaining why the scheduled departure was missed is required.
  • Denied Boarding - Documentation explaining why boarding was denied must be provided.
  • Duplicate Ticket Refunds - Copies of all tickets with identical itineraries booked through us are required for refund processing
