When you book with EaseMyTrip.us, we want you to feel assured that you've secured an excellent deal.

If you find a lower price (including taxes and fees) for the same flight itinerary on a major OTA competitor's website within twenty-four (24) hours of your booking, we will match that price by refunding the difference. Alternatively, if you prefer, we can cancel your booking with us and provide a full refund.

What does "the same itinerary" refer to?:
The same itinerary means that every aspect of the offers must match, including the airline(s), flight number(s), itinerary, date(s), number of passengers, and seat type.

What does "offered and available for booking" mean? :
This means that the itinerary you found is currently live on a major OTA competitor's website and can be booked by the general public at the time you reach out to us, as verified by our customer service representatives.

What is considered a "Major OTA Competitor"?
For the purposes of the PMP, a “Major OTA Competitor” refers to the U.S. English-language websites of Expedia.com, Orbitz.com, Priceline.com, and Travelocity.com.

How can you notify us to invoke the PMP?
To invoke the PMP, simply reach out to us at (1-838-868-0069) with your EaseMyTrip.us booking number and all relevant details of the lower-priced itinerary, including the airline(s), flight(s), itinerary, date(s), number of passengers, and seat type. Additionally, please provide documentation such as the exact URL or screenshots that will help our customer service representatives verify that the itinerary meets the terms and conditions of the PMP. Our customer service team must be able to locate the lower fare based on the information you provide; we reserve the right to deny any claims that cannot be reasonably verified or for which you have submitted incomplete information. Once our representative confirms that the PMP applies, you will have the option to either retain your itinerary with a refund of the price difference or cancel your booking with us for a full refund.



Are there any exceptions to the PMP?
The PMP does not apply to fares available on membership program websites, corporate discounts or rates; group, charter, rewards program, incentive, meeting, convention, or consolidator fares; or fares that can only be accessed through a coupon or other promotions not available to the general public. Additionally, military, student, government, tour operator, bulk, vacation package, or "Web Only" fares are excluded. The PMP also does not cover “opaque” tickets (where the airline details are not revealed until after purchase) or tickets issued through a “bidding” or “auction” model. Fare errors are also excluded from the PMP.
