    This first-class business hotel is located approximately 5 minutes by car from the center of Vicenza. Its setting is especially ideal for business travelers. A number of public transportation stops are just outside the door.


    Facilities
    The resort has 126 non-smoking rooms and 117 double rooms and includes an elevator and a 24-hour reception desk. The complex provides a coat check, a safe, a TV room, room service, a laundry service, a conference room and a business center. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the parking lot.


    Rooms
    Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A minibar is provided. Equipped with internet access, a direct dial telephone and a television with satellite/cable channels, the rooms provide many ways for guests to stay connected and entertained. Bathrooms include a hairdryer and are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Guests can also reserve wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms.


    Sports/Entertainment
    The sports and entertainment facilities at the complex ensure that guests have plenty of activities to choose from during their stay. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the resort, including a gym, callisthenics and a steam bath.


    Meals
    Dining facilities include a dining room, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. A number of specialties await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. Catering options include a bed and breakfast package, half board and full board. A continental breakfast buffet is a delicious reason to rise and shine. A generous buffet is prepared for all three main mealtimes, and guests also have the option of ordering à la carte or choosing a set menu at lunch. Special meals, including diet meals, are also available. The complex also offers special catering options.

    Location

    Booking Policy

    • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
    • EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
    • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
    • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
    • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
    • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
    • The room tariff is inclusive of all taxes but the amount paid does not include charges for any additional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These services will be charged by the hotel at the time of check-out.
    • If the hotel denies accommodation to the guests posing as a 'couple' on not providing suitable ID proof, EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for this condition and won’t provide any refund for such bookings.

    • For any modifications, users have to pay applicable cancellation/modification charges. Modified bookings will be subject to availability and may depend on the booking policy of the hotel. The cancellation/modification charges are standard and any waiver is on the discretion of the hotel.

    • If payment has been received by credit/debit card, the refund shall be credited to the same card by which the payment was received. For all other cases, the refund will be made by Account Payee Cheque only.

    I've had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms are beautifully styled and very clean. Staff is nice, which is always a plus. There only was a drawback but the hotel management cannot be hold...
