Location
This apartment hotel is situated in the heart of Marmaris, in a lively area with shopping and entertainment, about a quarter mile from the sand and pebble beach. It is an ideal starting point for beach vacationers who would like to get to know the area better. There is a public transportation stop just outside the door, and the nearest options for shopping and entertainment are located about 550 yards away. The nearest airport is Dalaman (DLM), located approximately 70 miles away.


Facilities
A pleasant ambience awaits guests in 160 apartments. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. The apartment hotel provides a safe, a currency exchange service and a hairdresser. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air.


Rooms
Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony or terrace is among the standard amenities of some rooms. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Some rooms feature a kitchenette, a refrigerator and a direct dial telephone. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a hairdryer. The hotel has 160 non-smoking rooms.


Sports/Entertainment
While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Pure relaxation in the hot tub, fun on the waterslide and refreshing drinks at the pool bar – guests will experience just how rich and varied a day in the water can be. Outdoor lounge chairs and umbrellas are available on the terrace, where guests can enjoy a quick break or relax for hours. Recreational activities and facilities at the hotel include a steam bath, a hammam and a solarium or, for a fee, massage treatments. Children are well looked after in the kids' club.


Meals
The dining area includes a restaurant and a bar. All-inclusive vacationers enjoy special extras like snacks, in addition to a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. A delicious breakfast gives guests plenty of energy for the day. At lunch and dinner, guests serve themselves at the generous buffet.

  • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.

  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
  • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
  • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
