Located in the heart of Playa de las Américas, in a lively neighborhood with options for shopping and entertainment, this spa hotel is also situated near a pebble and sand beach. There are a number of bars, shops and restaurants just outside the door. The nearest airport is Tenerife - Sur-Reina Sofia (TFS), located about 9 miles away. Tenerife - Norte-Los Rodeos (TFN) Airport is approximately 55 miles away.


Facilities
Guests have a choice of 282 rooms located in two 3-story buildings with elevators. Staffed 24 hours a day, the reception desk provides a smooth check-in/check-out service. Services and facilities include a safe, a currency exchange service, a playroom, a childcare service, a hairdresser and 3 conference rooms. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on vacation. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the parking lot. A bicycle rental service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area.


Rooms
Rooms include air conditioning and central heating. Some rooms include a balcony. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. Equipped with a direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a stereo system and WiFi (for a fee), the rooms provide many ways for guests to stay connected and entertained. Various dining options are available, including a dining room, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of the non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurant, which provides high chairs for children. Catering options include a bed and breakfast package, half board, full board and all-inclusive. Special extras await all-inclusive vacationers, such as alcoholic beverages and snacks, for example. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Special meals, including diet meals, are also available. The chefs prepare delicious specialties during the show cooking. Non-alcoholic beverages are available.

  • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
  • EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
  • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
  • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
  • The room tariff is inclusive of all taxes but the amount paid does not include charges for any additional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These services will be charged by the hotel at the time of check-out.
