Location
Perfect for beach vacationers and families, this family-friendly hotel is situated on a main road in Playa del Carmen, near the sea. The tourist hotspots can be reached within around 2 miles. There are a number of shops nearby. The nearest airport is Cancun (CUN), located approximately 35 miles away.


Facilities
The hotel has 96 single rooms and 283 double rooms located in two 2-story buildings. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed around the clock. Amenities include a safe, a currency exchange service and an ATM. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the parking lot. Further services include a babysitting service (for a fee), a childcare service, medical assistance, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a hotel doctor.


Rooms
Air conditioning and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as a standard feature in some rooms. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a minibar are also available. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. Other features include a telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (for a fee). Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer.


Sports/Entertainment
A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features outdoor lounge chairs and umbrellas, is time well spent. There is a poolside snack bar as well. A variety of activities are available at the hotel, for example tennis, bocce, beach volleyball, volleyball and basketball or, for a fee, golf and fishing. With windsurfing, jet skiing, canoeing, sailing, kayaking, snorkeling, diving and aquafit available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts, yoga and aerobics. A wellness area with massage treatments provides a great opportinity to unwind after a long day. Additional services available for a fee include a spa and a beauty salon Additional recreational activities include an entertainment program, a kids' club, a dance club and a nightclub.


Meals
The dining area includes a bar. Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of 3 air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurants with separate areas for smokers. All-inclusive can be booked. Among the advantages of an all-inclusive stay are a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as special offers like snacks. A generous breakfast buffet, a lunch buffet and a dinner à la carte offer plenty of delicious variety. Staff are also happy to provide gluten-free meals.

Location

Booking Policy

  • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
  • EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
  • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
  • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
  • The room tariff is inclusive of all taxes but the amount paid does not include charges for any additional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These services will be charged by the hotel at the time of check-out.
  • If the hotel denies accommodation to the guests posing as a 'couple' on not providing suitable ID proof, EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for this condition and won’t provide any refund for such bookings.
