The reception desk in the lobby is staffed around the clock. To ensure guests a comfortable and relaxing stay, the hotel provides various services and facilities, including a coat check, a safe, a currency exchange service, a newspaper stand, a hairdresser, a conference room and a business center.   • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
