This apartment hotel is located approximately 2 miles from the center of Puerto Rico. The nearest airport is Gran Canaria - Las Palmas (LPA) (about 30 miles).


Facilities
Guests have a choice of 35 non-smoking rooms located in two 7-story buildings with elevators. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. The apartment hotel provides a safe, a currency exchange service, a newspaper stand and a laundry service. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the parking lot. Bicycles can be kept in the bicycle storage area.


Rooms
Rooms feature a living area, a kitchen and a bathroom. Central heating ensures comfortable temperatures. Some rooms have a balcony, which gives guests additional space for rest and relaxation. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms can be reserved. Guests may securely store their valuables in a safe. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, cooktop and tea/coffee station. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (for a fee) ensure optimal comfort. Bathrooms include a hairdryer and are equipped with a shower and a bathtub.


Sports/Entertainment
While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub offer the perfect way to unwind. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features outdoor lounge chairs and umbrellas, is time well spent. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including billiards, a spa and a solarium. Recreational facilities include a kids' club, a dance club and a nightclub.


Meals
A restaurant, a café and a bar are available to guests. A bed and breakfast package can be booked. A continental breakfast guarantees a great start to the day.

Location

Booking Policy

  • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
  • EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
  • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
  • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
  • The room tariff is inclusive of all taxes but the amount paid does not include charges for any additional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These services will be charged by the hotel at the time of check-out.
  • If the hotel denies accommodation to the guests posing as a 'couple' on not providing suitable ID proof, EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for this condition and won’t provide any refund for such bookings.

  • If payment has been received by credit/debit card, the refund shall be credited to the same card by which the payment was received. For all other cases, the refund will be made by Account Payee Cheque only.
