This apartment hotel is situated in Ibiza Town, approximately 350 yards from the sandy beach. The center with all its tourist hotspots can be reached within around a quarter mile. It is about 5 miles to Ibiza (IBZ) Airport.


Facilities
Units include 32 apartments, 60 studios and 92 single rooms located in a 3-story main building and 2 auxiliary buildings. This apartment hotel has an elevator and a reception desk. A safe, a currency exchange service, a car rental service and medical assistance are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on vacation. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the parking lot.


Rooms
Rooms feature a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning ensures comfortable temperatures. Guests have a sea view from the balcony or terrace, which are standard features of some rooms. Rooms include a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms can be reserved. Valuables can be securely stored in a safe. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, microwave and tea/coffee station. A telephone, a TV and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms include a hairdryer and are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Guests can also reserve wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms.

The sports and entertainment facilities at the hotel ensure that guests have plenty of activities to choose from during their stay. Booking Policy

  • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.

  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.

  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
  • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
