Location
This hotel has a fabulous location beside the Pacific Ocean in the largest bay in Mexico. Enjoying an excellent reputation, this hotel is amongst the best in the region of Huatulco being ideal for couples, families, divers and, above all else, golfers. Huatulco Airport is just 30 km away and links to the public transport network are to be found 300 m away.

Facilities
Guests have a choice of 351 rooms and 5 suites located in two 6-storey buildings with lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Lectures, presentations and meetings can be held in one of the 6 conference rooms.

Rooms
Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. There is also an ironing set and a trouser press. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The resort has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sports/Entertainment
Plenty of active recreation awaits guests in the pool area's 2 outdoorpools. No matter the weather, swimming is always a possible in the indoor pool. There is also a special swimming area just for kids. Thrills on the waterslide, refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a soothing soak in the hot tub – the pool area has a little something for every state of mind and body. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. The resort offers a wide range of outdoor sports, including tennis, beach volleyball, volleyball, basketball, crazy golf and archery. For a fee, guests can also enjoy golf. A wide range of sports are available, including water sports such as windsurfing, canoeing, sailing, catamaraning, snorkelling and diving or, for a fee, jet skiing. The complex's location is particularly ideal for skiers. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts, yoga, callisthenics and aerobics. Various wellness options are available at the resort, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, live music, a dance club and a nightclub.

Meals
Dining facilities include a café, a bar and a pub. Delicious specialities await guests in 6 non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurants. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive can be booked. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests serve themseves at the buffet or choose their preferred fare from the menu (for dinner). Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The resort also offers special catering options. For guests, alcoholic beverages are included.

Booking Policy

As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
The room tariff is inclusive of all taxes but the amount paid does not include charges for any additional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These services will be charged by the hotel at the time of check-out.
If the hotel denies accommodation to the guests posing as a 'couple' on not providing suitable ID proof, EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for this condition and won’t provide any refund for such bookings.

For any modifications, users have to pay applicable cancellation/modification charges. Modified bookings will be subject to availability and may depend on the booking policy of the hotel. The cancellation/modification charges are standard and any waiver is on the discretion of the hotel.
