    This apartment hotel is a great starting point for beach vacationers who wish to get to know Costa Teguise better. The apartment hotel is centrally located, a few yards from the sandy beach, and various recreational activities are available in the area. A number of bars, restaurants, shops and nightclubs are just outside the door. There are also connections to public transportation.


    Facilities
    Guests receive a warm welcome at the reception desk before settling into their accommodations. 144 apartments and 112 double rooms are available. Services and facilities include a safe, a currency exchange service, a newspaper stand, a TV room, room service, a wake-up call service and a conference room. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on vacation. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the parking lot. Cyclists can make use of the bicycle storage area for a fee and rental service (for a fee).


    Rooms
    Rooms feature a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning ensures comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Guests can also reserve separate bedrooms. A safe and a minibar are also available. All kitchenettes come with a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a microwave.     Location

    Booking Policy

    • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
    • EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
    • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
    • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
    • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
    • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
