  2. Stag Entry

    • Stag Entry Is Not Allowed. Such Bookings Will Not Be Entertained.
  3. Room Allocation

    • All Rooms Differ In Decor And Ambiance. The Room Allocated May Differ From The Images Shown On The Easemytrip Website. Location And Floor Of The Room Depend On Availability At Check-In.
  4. Electric Kettle And Water

    • Electric Kettle And Free Drinking Water Bottles Are Not Provided. Water From The Water Filter Will Be Given.
  5. Heater Blower Charges

    • Heater Blower Charge: Rs 500 Plus GST Per Day.

    • MAP (Room + Breakfast + Dinner): Meals Are Served From A Fixed Menu. Guests With MAP Bookings Should Order By 9:45 PM, As The Kitchen Closes At 10:30 PM. If Arriving Late, Dinner Must Be Taken Outside; A Lunch Will Be Provided The Next Day Instead.
    • Buffet Is Subject To Occupancy. Meals Are Served According To The Fixed Menu.
  12. Extra Person Charges

    • For An Extra Person, Only Extra Bedding Is Provided On The Floor (Cots Are Not Available).
    • A Child Above Five Years Will Be Considered An Extra Person And Charged Accordingly.
  13. Security And Key Deposit

    • The Hotel Is Located Next To A Restricted Military Area. For Security Reasons, Room Keys Must Be Deposited At The Reception When Leaving The Hotel. Keys Are Also Required By Staff For Cleaning Or Emergencies (E.G., Short Circuits).
    • Guests Are Advised To Lock Their Luggage When Leaving The Room.
  14. Loss Or Theft Of Personal Property

    • The Hotel Is Not Responsible For Any Loss, Theft, Pilferage, Or Damage To Guests' Belongings. It Is Advisable To Deposit Cash And Valuables At The Reception For Safekeeping.
  15. Use Of Personal Appliances

  • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
  • EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
  • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
