    Location
    This resort lies in a quiet area in Campo International, about a quarter mile from the sandy beach. There are connections to public transportation in the immediate vicinity. The nearest airport is Gran Canaria - Las Palmas (LPA), situated approximately 25 miles away.


    Facilities
    The reception desk is open around the clock. Services and facilities include a safe, a currency exchange service, a playroom, room service and a laundry service. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. The grounds of the bungalow complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Services include a hotel shuttle bus. A bicycle rental service gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently.


    Rooms
    Rooms feature a living area and a bathroom, and air conditioning ensures just the right temperature. In some rooms, a terrace provides additional space for relaxation. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the sofa bed. Separate bedrooms can be reserved. Valuables can be securely stored in a safe. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. Other features include a direct dial telephone and a TV. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer.


    Sports/Entertainment
    While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features outdoor lounge chairs and umbrellas, is time well spent. A wide range of sports and activities are offered at the complex, such as volleyball. For a fee, guests can also enjoy cycling/mountain biking, tennis and miniature golf. Sports and recreation facilities at the complex include table tennis and handball. A wellness area with a spa is available to guests. For a fee, massage treatments are also offered. Entertainment options and recreational facilities include an entertainment program and a kids' club.


    Meals
    Dining facilities include a dining room, a café and a bar. Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of the non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurant, which provides high chairs for children. Half board can be booked. Breakfast and dinner offer culinary delights every day.

    Location

    Booking Policy

    • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
    • EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
    • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
    • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
    • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
    • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
    • The room tariff is inclusive of all taxes but the amount paid does not include charges for any additional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These services will be charged by the hotel at the time of check-out.
