Location
Ideal for beach vacationers, this apartment hotel is situated in a quiet area in Playa Blanca, about a quarter mile from the sandy beach. Shops, bars and restaurants are located around a quarter mile away, and guests can reach public transportation within about a quarter mile. It is about 20 miles to Lanzarote (ACE) Airport.



Facilities
Guests have a choice of 150 non-smoking rooms located in two 2-story buildings with elevators. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed around the clock. To ensure guests a comfortable and relaxing stay, the apartment hotel provides various services and facilities, including a currency exchange service, a childcare service, medical assistance and a coin-operated laundry. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on vacation. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the parking lot for a fee. Active guests who wish to explore the surrounding area by bike will appreciate the bicycle rental service (for a fee). Bicycle storage is also available for a fee.

The rooms include air conditioning, a kitchen and a bathroom. A balcony is included as a standard feature in some rooms. A sofa bed ensures a good night's sleep. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator and a tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (for a fee) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer.



Sports/Entertainment
Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools. Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. The pool area also includes a hot tub, a waterslide and a pool bar. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features outdoor lounge chairs and umbrellas, is time well spent. The hotel offers a range of outdoor sports, including bocce, volleyball and golf or, for a fee, cycling/mountain biking, tennis and beach volleyball. Booking Policy

  • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
  • EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
  • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
