This hotel is right by the sea and centrally located on a major thoroughfare – ideal for guests who'd like to get to know Vokolida a bit better.



Facilities
The resort was modernized in 2022. The resort has an elevator and features 569 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and ATM. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Film fans will find plenty of 'lights, camera, action' at the cinema. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Parking spaces are available to guests traveling by car (no extra charge). Other services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service on request, a childcare service, a car rental service, room service (for a fee), a wake-up call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a page service and a hotel doctor. Daily newspapers are available for purchase. A business center with projector, fax machine, a flip chart and pens and photocopier is available. Larger events can be organized with the help of the conference service. 11 conference rooms are available for lectures, presentations and meetings.



Rooms
Rooms are equipped with air conditioning (no extra charge) and central heating. Most units include a balcony with sea views, where guests can relax and linger a while. The rooms have a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms can be reserved. A safe and a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. A telephone, satellite television and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror, bathrobes and a telephone are available for daily use. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms are also available. Family rooms are available for parents with children.



Sports/Entertainment
The pool area, which includes 8 outdoor pools and an indoor pool, is great for working out or just relaxing. Younger swimmers can splash around in the children's swimming area. Thrills on the waterslide, refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a soothing soak in the hot tub (no extra charge) – the pool area has a little something for every state of mind and body. Outdoor lounge chairs and umbrellas on the terrace invite guests to relax and unwind. The resort offers outdoor sports, including tennis, beach volleyball, volleyball, basketball and jogging. The resort offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, badminton, billiards, darts, aerobics and pilates or, for a fee, bowling. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath and a hammam and, for an additional fee, a spa and a beauty salon. Meals
Dining facilities include 7 restaurants, a café and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include all-inclusive and all-inclusive special. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes, children's meals, organic food, halal food, lactose-free food, food combining and vegan food can be prepared on request. Baby food (no extra charge) provides for little ones' well being. The drinks menu includes a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as international brands.

Booking Policy

  • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
  • EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
  • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
  • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
  • The room tariff is inclusive of all taxes but the amount paid does not include charges for any additional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These services will be charged by the hotel at the time of check-out.
  • If the hotel denies accommodation to the guests posing as a 'couple' on not providing suitable ID proof, EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for this condition and won’t provide any refund for such bookings.
  • The hotel reserves the right to decline accommodation to locals/city residents. EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for any check-in declined by the hotel or any refunds due to the above-mentioned reason.
  • For any modifications, users have to pay applicable cancellation/modification charges. Modified bookings will be subject to availability and may depend on the booking policy of the hotel. The cancellation/modification charges are standard and any waiver is on the discretion of the hotel.
  • In case of cancellation or modification, entire benefit (discount / cash back) on the actual booking amount will be forfeited.
  • EaseMyTrip.com reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
  • In case of partial/full cancellation, the offer stands void, and the discount / cash back will be rolled back before processing the refunds.
  • Gala dinner charges which are applicable for Christmas and New Year dates would be extra and payable directly to the hotel. Please check with the hotel directly for more information on the same.
  • In case of any amendment (date change) in your hotel reservation, EaseMyTrip.com would inform and advise you about the availability and applicable new rates.
  • If payment has been received by credit/debit card, the refund shall be credited to the same card by which the payment was received. For all other cases, the refund will be made by Account Payee Cheque only.
