Location
This urban hotel is located not ten minutes from the bustling tourist center of Seville. A nearby river is a major natural feature of the area. In winter, its proximity to a popular alpine ski area (about 125 miles away) makes it the ideal starting place for adventures in the snow. It is about 6 miles to Seville (SVQ) Airport.

Facilities
Guests have a choice of 11 junior suites, 4 suites and 35 double rooms located in two 4-story buildings with elevators. Check-in and check-out are possible at any time at the 24-hour reception desk. A safe, a currency exchange service, translation services, room service, a conference room, a business center and a coin-operated laundry are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on vacation. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the parking lot (for a fee). A bicycle rental service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area.

Rooms
Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A safe and a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a mini fridge included among the standard features. Equipped with a direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi, the rooms provide many ways for guests to stay connected and entertained. Booking Policy

As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.

If payment has been received by credit/debit card, the refund shall be credited to the same card by which the payment was received. For all other cases, the refund will be made by Account Payee Cheque only.
