Location
This eco-hotel is an ideal locale for beach vacationers, families, young people, singles and nature lovers or simply those who do not wish to stay directly in the center of Malia. The resort is located in a quiet and secluded area, right by the sea. It is about 20 miles to Heraklion (HER) Airport.



Facilities
The resort was modernized in 2018/2019. In addition to 135 bungalows, guests can also choose from a selection of 204 non-smoking rooms, including 15 junior suites, 3 suites and 51 double rooms. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The resort offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the parking lot. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service (for a fee), a childcare service, a car rental service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), a wake-up call service, a laundry service and a hotel doctor. A business center with projector, a flip chart and pens and photocopier is available.



Rooms
Rooms feature a living room and a bathroom. Air conditioning ensures comfortable temperatures. A welcome gift awaits guests. The standard amenities of some rooms include a balcony or terrace, providing extra room for relaxation. The rooms have a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms can be reserved. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. There is also a safe and a desk or, for an additional fee, a minibar. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. A telephone, a TV, a plug adapter and WiFi provide all the essentials for a comfortable vacation. Guests can also make use of the cleaning service on departure. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a baby bath. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror, bathrobes and a telephone are on hand in the bathrooms for everyday use. The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. A sun terrace, outdoor lounge chairs, and umbrellas are available. Refreshing drinks are served at the poolside snack bar. The resort offers an extensive outdoor sports and recreation program, which includes bocce, beach volleyball, basketball, Nordic walking and jogging. For a fee, guests can also enjoy tennis, golf and horseback riding. With aquafit or, for a fee, paddle boating, canoeing and diving available, fans of water sports have plenty of options to choose from. The resort offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, darts, yoga, aerobics and pilates or, for a fee, billiards. Meals
Dining facilities include a dining room, a breakfast room, a café, a bar and a lobby bar. Guests can indulge their palates at 3 restaurants (non-smoking, a buffet and à la carte). Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include a bed and breakfast package, half board, full board and all-inclusive. Breakfast, lunch and dinner offer many delicious options. Gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes, children's meals, organic food, lactose-free food and vegan food can be prepared on request. The resort also offers snacks. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. For guests, a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as international brands and house favorite brands are included.

Booking Policy

  • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
  • EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
  • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
  • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
  • The room tariff is inclusive of all taxes but the amount paid does not include charges for any additional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These services will be charged by the hotel at the time of check-out.
  • If the hotel denies accommodation to the guests posing as a 'couple' on not providing suitable ID proof, EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for this condition and won’t provide any refund for such bookings.
  • The hotel reserves the right to decline accommodation to locals/city residents. EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for any check-in declined by the hotel or any refunds due to the above-mentioned reason.
  • For any modifications, users have to pay applicable cancellation/modification charges. Modified bookings will be subject to availability and may depend on the booking policy of the hotel. The cancellation/modification charges are standard and any waiver is on the discretion of the hotel.
  • In case of cancellation or modification, entire benefit (discount / cash back) on the actual booking amount will be forfeited.
