    Location
    This resort is located in a quiet area, in Playa Blanca, about a quarter mile from the sandy beach. The center with all its tourist hotspots can be reached within around a quarter mile. The nearest shops and nightlife (bars, restaurants) are about a quarter mile away. The nearest airport is Lanzarote (ACE), approximately 20 miles away.


    Facilities
    360 rooms, including 36 suites, 137 studios and 152 double rooms, are located on 2 stories and can be reached by elevator. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Services and facilities include a safe, a currency exchange service, a TV room, a playroom, room service and a theater hall. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided in public areas. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the bungalow complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the parking lot. Services include a hotel shuttle bus. Cyclists can make use of the bicycle storage area and rental service (for a fee).


    Rooms
    Rooms feature a living area, a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning, central heating and a fan ensure comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as a standard feature in some rooms. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms can be reserved. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and bathrobes are provided. Family rooms are available for parents with children.


    Sports/Entertainment
    While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. A waterslide and a refreshing drink at the poolside snack bar offer the perfect way to unwind. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features outdoor lounge chairs and umbrellas, is time well spent. The complex offers a wide range of outdoor sports, including cycling/mountain biking, beach volleyball, volleyball, miniature golf and archery. For a fee, guests can also enjoy tennis. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, yoga and aerobics. The complex offers a range of facilities in the wellness area. Options include a beauty salon and, for an additional fee, a spa, a sauna, a hammam, massage treatments and thalassotherapy treatments. In the complex offers excellent facilities for recreation and relaxation, including an entertainment program, a kids' club, a kids' disco, live music and a dance club.


    Meals
    Dining facilities include a non-smoking restaurant, a café, a bar and a pub. A variety of catering options can be booked. Guests can choose between a bed and breakfast package, half board, full board and all-inclusive. Among the advantages of an all-inclusive stay are various offers, including a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available.

    Location

    Booking Policy

    • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
    • EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
    • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
    • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
    • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
    • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
    • The room tariff is inclusive of all taxes but the amount paid does not include charges for any additional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These services will be charged by the hotel at the time of check-out.
    • If the hotel denies accommodation to the guests posing as a 'couple' on not providing suitable ID proof, EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for this condition and won’t provide any refund for such bookings.
