    Situated on a main road, this first-class urban hotel is ideal for business travelers. It is located approximately 1 mile from the center of Fiorano Modenese.


    Facilities
    Guests have a choice of 9 junior suites, 21 single rooms and 30 double rooms located in two 3-story buildings with elevators. Staffed 24 hours a day, the reception desk makes check-in and check-out easy. Services and facilities include a coat check, a safe, room service, a laundry service and a conference room. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on vacation. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Parking facilities available to guests include a garage and a parking lot.


    Rooms
    Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as a standard feature in some rooms. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. A minibar is provided. Equipped with a direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi, the rooms provide many ways for guests to stay connected and entertained. Bathrooms include a hairdryer and are equipped with a shower and a bathtub.


    Meals
    Dining facilities include a restaurant, a breakfast room and a bar. A bed and breakfast package can be booked. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day.

    • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.

    • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
    • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
    • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
    • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
