    Location
    This ski hotel is located approximately a quarter mile from the center of Bansko. Its setting is especially ideal for parents with children. Winter sports are a high priority in the region, and adventures in the snow are guaranteed. It is just a few minutes' walk to the slopes and cross-country trails. There are a few bars and restaurants located right next door, and it is not much farther to the nightclubs.


    Facilities
    25 apartments and 135 double rooms are located on 3 stories and can be reached by 3 elevators. Staffed 24 hours a day, the reception desk provides a smooth check-in/check-out service. Services and facilities include a coat check, a safe, a currency exchange service, a playroom and a conference room. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on vacation. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the parking lot. Services include a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests who wish to explore the surrounding area by bike will appreciate the bicycle rental service (for a fee). Bicycle storage is also available.


    Rooms
    Central heating ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is among the standard features of some rooms. All rooms are carpeted and include a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. In the rooms guests will find a minibar, a mini fridge, a direct dial telephone and a television with satellite/cable channels. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a hairdryer. Family rooms are available for parents with children.


    Sports/Entertainment
    A refreshing swim in the indoor pool complex is a great way to unwind. Comfortable outdoor lounge chairs are available on the terrace. A wide range of indoor sports are offered, including a gym or, for a fee, table tennis, billiards, darts and bowling. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna and a steam bath.     Meals
    Various dining options are available, including a dining room, a café and a bar. The non-smoking restaurant provides high chairs for children. Catering options include a bed and breakfast package and half board. A delicious and varied buffet is prepared for breakfast and dinner.
