This luxury urban hotel is located on a main road about 10 minutes by car from the tourist hotspots, and it is a 30-minute drive to the center of Mexico City. It is ideal for business travelers.


Facilities
40 suites, 23 single rooms and 177 double rooms are located on 8 stories and can be reached by elevator. The reception desk is open around the clock. Amenities include a coat check, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. Guests of the hotel are welcome to relax in the garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the parking lot. Further services include a babysitting service, a childcare service, medical assistance, translation services, room service, a laundry service and a hairdresser. Bicycles can be kept in the bicycle storage area.


Rooms
Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and have a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a refrigerator included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a stereo system, a CD player, a DVD player and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. The daily newspaper is laid out for guests in the the rooms. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. The hotel has 240 non-smoking rooms and 1 smoking room.


Sports/Entertainment
Guests can go for an energizing swim at the freshwater pool complex (in part heated). Comfortable outdoor lounge chairs are available on the sun terrace. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. Recreational activities and facilities at the hotel include golf, a gym, a spa, a sauna and a beauty salon or, for a fee, massage treatments.

Dining facilities include a dining room, a café and a bar. Delicious specialties await guests in 2 non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurants. Location

Booking Policy

  • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
  • EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
  • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
  • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
