    .....last year this place was very good. Somehow they have let things slide dramatically.....we booked 5 rooms... no hot water throughout the hotel so I wasn't impressed that I could not freshen up...

    Bad service at dinner. It took about 30 minutes to get the menu, 45 minutes to get the wine list, 1 hour to get the food and one hour and 15 minutes before drinks. Terrible service and the personnel...
