    Situated on a main road, this conference hotel is ideal for sports enthusiasts and active vacationers. It is located not far from the center of Zell am See. The region embodies pure winter fun. Slopes and cross-country trails await ski enthusiasts.


    Facilities
    The hotel was built in 1896. The hotel has 20 suites, 13 apartments and 61 double rooms, which are located on 4 stories and are reachable by elevator. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. A safe, a TV room, a playroom, a childcare service, room service and a conference room are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on vacation. A fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the parking lot. A bicycle rental service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area.


    Rooms
    Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as a standard feature in some rooms. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a minibar are also available.     • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.

    • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
    • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
    • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
    • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
