    Location
    This historic hotel is situated on a main road in Nuevo Vallarta, not more than fifty yards from the sandy beach. Public transportation stops are just outside the door.


    Facilities
    267 suites are located on 8 stories and can be reached by elevator. Check-in and check-out are possible at any time at the 24-hour reception desk. A safe and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on vacation. The hostel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the parking lot. Other services include medical assistance, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a coin-operated laundry. Active guests who wish to explore the surrounding area by bike will appreciate the bicycle rental service. Bicycle storage is also available.


    Rooms
    Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. Some rooms include a balcony. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. A safe and a minibar are also available. A refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station are standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. Internet access, a direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and a radio are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. Guests can also reserve wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hostel has family rooms and 86 non-smoking rooms.


    Sports/Entertainment
    Guests can strike that perfect balance between exercise and relaxation in one of the 3 freshwater pools, which are outdoors and in part heated. There is a special swimming area for little ones as well. Outdoor lounge chairs and umbrellas on the terrace invite guests to relax and unwind. The pool bar serves a selection of refreshing drinks. The hostel offers a wide range of outdoor sports, including cycling/mountain biking, beach volleyball, volleyball and basketball. For a fee, guests can also enjoy tennis. With water skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, canoeing, sailing, catamaraning, diving and aquafit available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. Sports and recreation facilities at the hostel include a gym, table tennis and aerobics. There is a wellness area with a spa and a sauna and, for an additional fee, a steam bath and massage treatments. Parents can unwind while the kids can participate in an entertainment program full of fun activities.


    Meals
    Various dining options are available, including a dining room, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Guests can indulge their palates at the non-smoking restaurant, which features air conditioning and a separate area for smokers. All-inclusive is offered as a catering option.

    • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
    • EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
    • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
    • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
    • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
    • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
