    Location
    Centrally located in Cala Ratjada, this resort is about a quarter mile from the beach. Public transportation stops are just outside the door. It is about 45 miles to Mallorca - Palma de Mallorca (PMI) Airport.


    Facilities
    The resort has 29 single rooms and 160 double rooms, which are located on 3 stories and are reachable by elevator. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Medical assistance, a laundry service and a hotel doctor are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on vacation. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the parking lot. A bicycle rental service gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently.


    Rooms
    Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms include a double bed. Separate bedrooms are available. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. A direct dial telephone, a TV and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable vacation. A hairdryer and a vanity mirror are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a bathtub.


    Sports/Entertainment
    The indoor and outdoor pools are ideal for exercise as well as relaxation. Refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub (no extra charge) offer the perfect way to unwind. Umbrellas and comfortable outdoor lounge chairs are available on the sun terrace. The resort offers outdoor sports, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, bocce, golf and Nordic walking. The water sports offered include aquafit. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, darts, yoga and aerobics. Various wellness options are available at the resort, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon, massage treatments and Ayurveda treatments.


    Meals
    The complex includes a restaurant and a bar. Catering options include half board and all-inclusive. Among the advantages of an all-inclusive stay are various offers, including a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and a complimentary minibar. A generous breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety. The menu also offers gluten-free meals and vegetarian dishes. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction.

    Location

    Booking Policy

    • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
    • EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
    • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
    • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
    • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
    • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
    • The room tariff is inclusive of all taxes but the amount paid does not include charges for any additional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These services will be charged by the hotel at the time of check-out.

    • In case of any amendment (date change) in your hotel reservation, EaseMyTrip.com would inform and advise you about the availability and applicable new rates.
    • If payment has been received by credit/debit card, the refund shall be credited to the same card by which the payment was received. For all other cases, the refund will be made by Account Payee Cheque only.
