Location
This 4-star family-friendly hotel is a great starting point for beach vacationers and families who wish to get to know Alcúdia better. The 4-star hotel is centrally located, not 5 minutes from the public sandy beach, and various recreational activities are available in the area. A variety of restaurants, bars and shops are just a few yards away. It is about 35 miles to Mallorca - Palma de Mallorca (PMI) Airport.


Facilities
The hotel was renovated in 2014. The hotel welcomes guests in a 5-story building with 3 elevators and 258 non-smoking rooms. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service, a currency exchange service, a TV room, a playroom, a conference room and a lounge are available. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on vacation. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the parking lot for no extra charge. Active guests who wish to explore the surrounding area by bike will appreciate the bicycle rental service (for a fee). Bicycle storage is also available for no extra charge.


Rooms
Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Separate bedrooms can be reserved. Extra beds are available upon request. There is also a minibar and a desk or, for an additional fee, a safe. Internet access, a telephone and satellite television provide all the essentials for a comfortable vacation. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a hairdryer.


Sports/Entertainment
Plenty of active recreation awaits guests in the pool area's 2 Outdoorpools. No matter the weather, swimming is always a possible in the indoor pool. There is also a special swimming area just for kids. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub (no extra charge). A terrace with outdoor lounge chairs and umbrellas is available. The hotel offers an extensive outdoor sports program, including tennis, bocce, volleyball and archery. Golf is organized by third-party operators. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, badminton, darts and aerobics. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam and a solarium. Subject to charge: massage treatments. An entertainment program and live music are also options for entertainment.


Meals
The dining area includes a bar. A number of specialties await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. A delicious and varied buffet is prepared for breakfast and dinner. Special meals, including vegetarian dishes, are also available.

Booking Policy

  • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.

  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
  • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
  • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
