Located in the center of Playa de las Américas, this beach hotel is ideal for those who appreciate charm and character. Options for nightlife and entertainment are right next door. The nearest airport is Tenerife - Sur-Reina Sofia (TFS), located about 9 miles away. Tenerife - Norte-Los Rodeos (TFN) Airport is approximately 45 miles away.



Facilities
359 rooms, including 11 junior suites, 20 single rooms and 260 double rooms, are located on 11 stories and can be reached by elevator. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed around the clock. The hotel provides a currency exchange service, an ATM, a TV room, a hairdresser and a conference room. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the parking lot. Active guests can make use of the bicycle rental service (for a fee) to explore the surrounding area.



Rooms
Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests of the hotel receive a welcome gift on arrival. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms include a double bed. Separate bedrooms can be reserved. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. A range of wellness facilities, such as a spa, a hammam, a beauty salon, anti-aging treatments and a solarium, are offered at the hotel. Booking Policy

  • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
  • EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
  • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
  • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
