Location
This luxurious urban hotel is located on a main road approximately 1 mile from the center of Granada. It is ideal for business travelers. In winter, its proximity to a popular alpine ski area (about 20 miles away) makes it the ideal starting place for adventures in the snow.



Facilities
4 suites, 11 single rooms and 220 double rooms are located on 5 stories and can be reached by elevator. The reception desk is open around the clock. A coat check, a safe, a currency exchange service, room service, a laundry service and a conference room are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the parking lot.

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed or a king-size bed.   • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.

  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.

Uncomfortable and dangerous

The beds were incredibly hard. The ventilation in the room was set to heat. We asked at reception who said there was nothing they could do and would ventilate our room whilst we were out for the day...
