This spa hotel is situated in Benidorm, about 250 yards from a sandy beach. It is about 1 mile to the center. Bars, restaurants, shops, nightclubs and public transportation are on the doorstep. The nearest airport is Alicante (ALC), situated approximately 40 miles away.



Facilities
Guests have a choice of 398 rooms located in two 6-story buildings with elevators. Staffed 24 hours a day, the reception desk provides a smooth check-in/check-out service. To ensure guests a comfortable and relaxing stay, the complex provides various services and facilities, including a safe, a currency exchange service, a TV room and a playroom. Internet access in public areas (for a fee) allows guests to stay in touch while on vacation. Children can enjoy the playground. Parking facilities available to guests include a garage (for a fee) and a parking lot (for a fee).



Rooms
Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is among the standard amenities of some rooms. A safe and a minibar are also available. Internet access, a direct dial telephone and a television with satellite/cable channels provide all the essentials for a comfortable vacation. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub.



Sports/Entertainment
The pool complex includes both indoor and outdoor pools, which are in part heated. Refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub (for a fee) offer the perfect way to unwind. Outdoor lounge chairs and umbrellas on the terrace invite guests to relax and unwind. Recreation options at the complex include billiards, a spa and a solarium. Booking Policy

  • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
  • EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
  • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
  • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
