    This urban hotel is located about 550 yards from the tourist heart of Hamburg. A picturesque river bank can be reached within approximately a quarter mile. Hamburg (HAM) Airport is situated about 6 miles away.


    Facilities
    The hotel was built in 1909. 241 rooms, including 45 junior suites, 10 suites, 43 single rooms and 72 double rooms, are available to guests in a 4-story main building and a 7-story auxiliary building. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A coat check, a baggage storage service, a safe, a currency exchange service, translation services, 13 conference rooms and a business center are available. Wireless internet access in public areas (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and 2 elevators. There are a number of shops as well. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the parking lot. Cyclists can make use of the bicycle storage area and rental service (for a fee).


    Rooms
    Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms can be reserved.     Location

    Booking Policy

    • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.

    • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
    • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
    • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
    • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
