This beach hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood approximately 1 mile from the center of Puerto de la Cruz. It is ideal for business travelers. The nearest restaurants and options for nightlife can be reached within about 350 yards. It is about 15 miles to Tenerife - Norte-Los Rodeos (TFN) Airport.



Facilities
298 double rooms are located on 17 stories and can be reached by 5 elevators. Staffed 24 hours a day, the reception desk makes check-in and check-out easy. Services such as a coat check, a safe and a currency exchange service ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on vacation. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the parking lot. Further services and facilities include a childcare service, medical assistance, room service (for a fee), a laundry service and a hairdresser. Lectures, presentations and meetings can be held in one of the 8 conference rooms.

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms include a queen-size bed. Booking Policy

  • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.

  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
  • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
