    Situated in the heart of Locarno, this urban hotel is particularly impressive for the natural beauty of its surroundings. Guests can enjoy beautiful vistas from the lakeshore, located about 30 yards away. It is approximately a quarter mile to the forest. This ski region attracts many sports enthusiasts in the winter. The slopes are 2 miles away. There are a number of shops nearby, and access to public transportation is about 100 yards away. Lugano (LUG) Airport, located about 10 miles away, is within easy reach. It is about 35 miles and 55 miles to Mailand - Malpensa (MXP) Airport and Mailand - Linate (LIN) Airport, respectively.


    Facilities
    42 non-smoking rooms, including 38 double rooms, are located on 6 stories and can be reached by elevator. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. The hotel offers a library. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on vacation. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the parking lot for a fee. A bicycle rental service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area.


    Rooms
    Individually adjustable heating ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is among the standard features of some rooms. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable vacation. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a hairdryer. Family rooms are available for parents with children.


    Sports/Entertainment
    Fine weather can be enjoyed on the terrace. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including cycling/mountain biking, a gym, a spa, a sauna and a hammam.

    The dining area includes a non-smoking restaurant and a breakfast room. A bed and breakfast package can be booked. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day.

    • For any modifications, users have to pay applicable cancellation/modification charges. Modified bookings will be subject to availability and may depend on the booking policy of the hotel. The cancellation/modification charges are standard and any waiver is on the discretion of the hotel.
