320 rooms and 168 apartments are located on 5 stories and can be reached by elevator. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A variety of shops are available, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the parking lot. Further services and facilities include a childcare service, medical assistance, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a coin-operated laundry. Active guests who wish to explore the surrounding area by bike will appreciate the bicycle rental service (for a fee). Bicycle storage is also available. The hotel offers an extensive outdoor sports program, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, bocce, beach volleyball, volleyball, basketball, miniature golf, golf and archery. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts, callisthenics and aerobics. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna and a steam bath. Subject to charge: massage treatments. Recreational facilities include an entertainment program, a kids' club and a kids' disco.

Dining facilities include a dining room and a bar. A number of specialties await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. Half board can be booked. A delicious and varied buffet is prepared for breakfast and dinner. The hotel also offers snacks. The chefs prepare delicious specialties during the show cooking.

  • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.

  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
  • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
  • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
