    This urban hotel is located approximately a quarter mile from the center of Santa Cruz. Guests can reach the nearest shops in about a quarter mile. It is approximately 9 miles to Tenerife - Norte-Los Rodeos (TFN) Airport. Tenerife - Sur-Reina Sofia (TFS) is located about 40 miles away.


    Facilities
    4 single rooms and 36 double rooms are located on 2 stories and can be reached by elevator. The reception desk is open around the clock. Services and facilities include a currency exchange service, a newspaper stand, medical assistance, a laundry service and a conference room. Wireless internet access allows guests to surf the internet and catch up on email. Parking facilities available to guests include a garage (for a fee) and a parking lot.


    Rooms
    Rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Some rooms have a balcony, which gives guests additional space for rest and relaxation. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a minibar are also available. Extra comforts include a mini fridge. A direct dial telephone, a TV, a radio and WiFi ensure optimal comfort.     • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.

    • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.

    • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).

    Great value, very clean

    Had to stay in Santa Cruz for a week on family business needed a cheap hotel with parking. this hotel was great very clean and modern bathroom staff were helpful. Down side no lift but only 2 floors...
