This apartment hotel lies in a quiet area in Roquetas de Mar, a few yards away from the sandy beach. Guests can reach public transportation within around 100 yards. The apartment hotel is located about 20 miles from the nearest airport, (Almeria (LEI)). Granada (GRX) and Malaga (AGP) are around 110 miles and 125 miles away, respectively.


Facilities
126 apartments and 107 double rooms are located on 6 stories and can be reached by elevator. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed around the clock. Services such as a safe and a currency exchange service ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the parking lot (for a fee).
