    Centrally located in Playa de los Pocillos, this 4-star hotel is just a few steps from the sandy beach. There are public transportation stops in the immediate vicinity.


    Facilities
    Guests have a choice of 20 suites, 22 apartments, 34 single rooms and 199 double rooms located in a 3-story main building and a 2-story auxiliary building. At this hotel, which includes an elevator, guests are warmly welcomed by the English- and German-speaking staff. A check-in/check-out service is available at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby around the clock. Guests can store valuables in the safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on vacation. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. A garage is available for parking. Further services include a babysitting service (for a fee), a childcare service, medical assistance, room service, a laundry service and a hairdresser. A bicycle rental service gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently.


    Rooms
    Air conditioning and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace.     The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. Outdoor lounge chairs and umbrellas are available on the sun terrace. Refreshing drinks are served at the poolside snack bar. The hotel offers an extensive outdoor sports program, including tennis, bocce, beach volleyball, volleyball and golf. Cycling/mountain biking is organized by third-party operators. The water sports offered include aquafit. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts, callisthenics and aerobics. Various wellness options are available at the hotel, including a spa, a sauna, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Recreational facilities include an entertainment program, a kids' club, live music, a dance club and a nightclub.

    Dining facilities include a non-smoking restaurant, a dining room and a bar. All-inclusive can be booked. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. Lunch is served as à la carte, and guests can choose between a buffet and a set menu for dinner. Special meals, including diet meals, are also available. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The chefs prepare delicious specialties during the show cooking.     • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.

    • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
    • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
    • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
    • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
    • The room tariff is inclusive of all taxes but the amount paid does not include charges for any additional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These services will be charged by the hotel at the time of check-out.
    • If the hotel denies accommodation to the guests posing as a 'couple' on not providing suitable ID proof, EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for this condition and won’t provide any refund for such bookings.
