This first-class urban hotel is situated on a main road in Culiacán, about 10 miles from the beach.


Facilities
200 rooms, including 11 junior suites, 13 suites, studios, 61 single rooms and 114 double rooms, are located on 5 stories and can be reached by elevator. Check-in and check-out are possible at any time at the 24-hour reception desk. Amenities include a coat check, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. There are a number of shops as well. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the parking lot. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car rental service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a page service.


Rooms
Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as a standard feature in some rooms. Rooms have a double bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. A safe and a minibar are also available. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, microwave and tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, an alarm clock and WiFi are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and include a hairdryer. Guests can also reserve wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms.


Sports/Entertainment
The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. There are a variety of recreational facilities and services to choose from, including a gym, a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, massage treatments and hydrotherapy treatments. Parents can unwind while the kids can participate in an entertainment program full of fun activities.


Meals
A dining room, a café and a bar are available to guests. Guests can indulge their palates at the non-smoking restaurant, which features air conditioning and a separate area for smokers. Catering options include a bed and breakfast package and all-inclusive. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch, guests can choose between a buffet, à la carte and a set menu. Dinner options include à la carte and a set menu. Diet meals, gluten-free meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction.

Booking Policy

  • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
  • EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
  • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
  • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
