    This apartment hotel is situated on a main road in Playa Blanca, about a quarter mile from the beach (sandy, pebble/cobble). The center with all its tourist hotspots can be reached within around 1 mile. The nearest airport is Lanzarote (ACE), located approximately 50 miles away.


    Facilities
    200 apartments are located on 2 stories and can be reached by elevator. Staffed 24 hours a day, the reception desk provides a smooth check-in/check-out service. The apartment hotel provides a coat check, a safe, a currency exchange service, a TV room and a playroom. Wireless internet access in public areas (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the parking lot. A bicycle rental service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area.

    • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.

    • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.

    • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
