Location
This golf hotel is located on a main road right in the heart of Vilamoura, a few yards from the beach. The nearest airport is Faro (FAO), which is approximately 15 miles away. Lissabon (Lisbon) (LIS) is about 150 miles away.

Facilities
The hotel has 8 junior suites, 14 suites and 229 double rooms, which are located on 10 stories and are reachable by elevator. Staffed 24 hours a day, the reception desk provides a smooth check-in/check-out service. The hotel provides a safe, a newspaper stand, a playroom, a childcare service, a conference room and a business center. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on vacation. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. Children can enjoy the playground. Parking facilities available to guests include a garage (for a fee) and a parking lot. Services include a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests can make use of the bicycle rental service to explore the surrounding area.

Rooms
Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a mini fridge included among the standard features. Other features include a direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge). Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. The hotel has smoking rooms.

Sports/Entertainment
The freshwater pool complex includes indoor and outdoor pools, which are in part heated, as well as a children's swimming area. Refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub (for a fee) offer the perfect way to unwind. Umbrellas and comfortable outdoor lounge chairs are available on the sun terrace. The hotel offers outdoor sports, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis and horseback riding. Golf is organized by third-party operators. Sports and recreation options include table tennis or, for a fee, a gym and billiards. A spa, steam bath and hammam are available in the wellness area. Meals
Various dining options are available, including a dining room, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Booking Policy

As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
The room tariff is inclusive of all taxes but the amount paid does not include charges for any additional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These services will be charged by the hotel at the time of check-out.
If the hotel denies accommodation to the guests posing as a 'couple' on not providing suitable ID proof, EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for this condition and won’t provide any refund for such bookings.

For any modifications, users have to pay applicable cancellation/modification charges. Modified bookings will be subject to availability and may depend on the booking policy of the hotel. The cancellation/modification charges are standard and any waiver is on the discretion of the hotel.
In case of cancellation or modification, entire benefit (discount / cash back) on the actual booking amount will be forfeited.

Gala dinner charges which are applicable for Christmas and New Year dates would be extra and payable directly to the hotel. Please check with the hotel directly for more information on the same.
In case of any amendment (date change) in your hotel reservation, EaseMyTrip.com would inform and advise you about the availability and applicable new rates.
If payment has been received by credit/debit card, the refund shall be credited to the same card by which the payment was received. For all other cases, the refund will be made by Account Payee Cheque only.
