Location
Located a short walk from the center of Santa Cruz, this golf hotel is ideal for parents with children. There are a number of shops nearby.


Facilities
The resort has 261 rooms, including 22 junior suites, 29 suites and 131 double rooms, which are located on 5 stories and are reachable by elevator. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. A safe, a currency exchange service, a playroom, a babysitting service on request, 9 conference rooms, a business center and a coin-operated laundry are available. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the parking lot.


Rooms
Rooms feature a living room and a bathroom. Air conditioning ensures comfortable temperatures. A balcony or terrace is among the standard features of some rooms. Rooms include a queen-size bed. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a mini fridge included among the standard features. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. At breakfast, guests serve themselves at the generous buffet. Various dishes can be ordered à la carte for lunch and dinner. The complex also offers special catering options.

Location

Booking Policy

  • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
  • EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
  • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
  • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
