Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and an ATM. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A variety of shops are available, including a supermarket. Children can enjoy the playground. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the parking lot. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a childcare service, medical assistance, 24-hour room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a page service, a hotel doctor and a hotel shuttle bus.

  • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
