    Ideal for beach vacationers and families, this business hotel is situated on a main road in Playa del Carmen, right by the sea. Cancun (CUN) Airport is approximately 30 miles away.


    Facilities
    The hotel has 273 junior suites, which are located on 4 stories and are reachable by elevator. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on vacation. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the parking lot. Further services and facilities include a babysitting service, medical assistance, room service, a wake-up call service and a laundry service. Active guests who wish to explore the surrounding area by bike will appreciate the bicycle rental service. Bicycle storage is also available.

    Rooms are equipped with air conditioning. A balcony is among the standard amenities of some rooms. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. A safe and a minibar are also available.     Location

    Booking Policy

    • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
    • EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
    • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
    • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
    • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
    • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
