This urban hotel is situated on a main road in the heart of Dunedin, approximately 2 miles from the sandy beach. There are a number of bars, restaurants, shops and nightclubs right next door. Dunedin (DUD) Airport is approximately 15 miles away.


Facilities
55 rooms, including 9 junior suites, suites, apartments, studios and 35 double rooms, are available to guests in a 5-story main building and a 5-story auxiliary building. Check-in and check-out are easy at this hotel, which has a 24-hour reception desk and an elevator. Services and facilities include a safe, a currency exchange service, a newspaper stand, room service, a conference room, a business center and a coin-operated laundry. Wireless internet access in public areas (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the parking lot.


Rooms
The hotel's rooms feature individually adjustable heating. Some rooms have a balcony, which gives guests additional space for rest and relaxation. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed. A minibar is provided. Additional features include a refrigerator and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. Internet access, a direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and a radio are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer.

  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.

  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
