4 single rooms and 16 double rooms are located on 5 stories and can be reached by elevator. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Balcony missing

In Alpharoom-reservatin it was mentioned that room has a balcony. The room was very small without balcony. In the room only small double bed, no space to stay in the room. I have stayd in this hotel...
