This 4-star conference hotel is situated right by the sea, in a lively area right in the heart of Ixtapa. It is an ideal point of departure for beach vacationers who'd like to get to know the area better. The nearest airport is Ixtapa/Zihuatanejo (ZIH), located approximately 10 miles away.


Facilities
255 rooms, including 7 junior suites, 3 suites, 63 single rooms and 172 double rooms, are located on 10 stories and can be reached by 3 elevators. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Parking facilities available to guests include a garage and a parking lot. Location

Booking Policy

  • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.

  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.

Great hotel staff made a near perfect getaway even better. More than I expected!

First time for me at the Krystal, though my companion stays there every year. Loved the location in Ixtapa-short walk to town for restaurants and shopping. Close to a bike/running path that was safe...
