Perfect for business travelers, this urban hotel is located approximately a quarter mile from the center of Berlin. Guests can reach the nearest shops in about a quarter mile. Berlin - Schönefeld (SXF) Airport is located about 10 miles away, and it is 8 miles to Berlin - Tegel (TXL).


Facilities
The apartment hotel has 32 rooms and 22 apartments, which are located on 6 stories and are reachable by elevator. Staffed 24 hours a day, the reception desk makes check-in and check-out easy. A safe, a currency exchange service, a conference room and a business center are available. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on vacation.   • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.

  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
  • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
