Facilities
Guests can enjoy the pleasant ambience of one of the 551 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Internet access (for a fee) is available to guests in public areas. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the parking lot for no extra charge. Further services and facilities include a babysitting service (for a fee), a car rental service, medical assistance, a transfer service, a laundry service and a hairdresser. Active guests can make use of the bicycle rental service (for a fee) to explore the surrounding area. A business center with projector, fax machine, a flip chart and pens and photocopier is available.


Rooms
A balcony or terrace is among the standard features in the rooms. A safe and a minibar are also available. A direct dial telephone, satellite television and WiFi (no extra charge) ensure optimal comfort. Guests will also find slippers in their rooms. A hairdryer is provided in the bathrooms. The resort offers an extensive outdoor sports program, including tennis, bocce, beach volleyball, volleyball, basketball, miniature golf, archery and jogging. With windsurfing, canoeing, snorkeling and water aerobics available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. The resort offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, badminton, darts, yoga, aerobics, pilates and table football or, for a fee, billiards. There is a wellness area with a sauna and a hammam and, for an additional fee, a spa, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Additional recreational activities include a kids' club, a kids' disco, live music and a dance club.


Meals
Various dining options are available, including 4 restaurants, a bar and a lobby bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive special can be booked. A breakfast for early birds and late risers, lunch and dinner tempt guests with a wide range of dishes. Diet meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. The complex also offers snacks.

Booking Policy

  • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
  • EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
  • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
  • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.

  • If payment has been received by credit/debit card, the refund shall be credited to the same card by which the payment was received. For all other cases, the refund will be made by Account Payee Cheque only.
