This spa hotel is situated a few yards away from the sandy beach, in a lively area right in the heart of Rethymnon. It is an ideal point of departure for beach vacationers, young people or singles who'd like to get to know the area better. The nearest airport is Chania (CHQ), located about 45 miles away. Heraklion (HER) Airport is approximately 50 miles away.


Facilities
The resort was built recently, in 2021. The resort has an elevator and features 50 suites. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) are happy to assist and advise. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided in public areas. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the parking lot (for a fee). Other services include medical assistance, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), a wake-up call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a hotel doctor. Active guests can make use of the bicycle rental service to explore the surrounding area.


Rooms
Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A welcome gift awaits guests. In most units, guests can enjoy a partial sea view from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a desk or, for an additional fee, a minibar are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a flatscreen television with satellite channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Guests can take advantage of the nightly turndown service. A selection of pillows ensures a comfortable stay. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower. A dip in the refreshing outdoor pool is not to be missed. Even on gray days, guests can always go for a swim in the indoor pool. Refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub offer the perfect way to unwind. Outdoor lounge chairs and umbrellas on the terrace invite guests to relax and unwind. Those who wish to stay active while on vacation can enjoy on-site cycling/mountain biking. For a fee, horseback riding is also available. With water aerobics or, for a fee, water skiing, jet skiing, motorboat rides, banana boat rides, catamaraning, diving and parasailing available, fans of water sports have plenty of options to choose from. The resort offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, darts, callisthenics and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards. The resort offers a range of facilities in the wellness area. Options include a spa and, for an additional fee, a sauna, a hammam, a spa, a beauty salon, massage treatments, anti-aging treatments, aromatherapy and cellulite treatment. Meals
The dining area includes a lobby bar. Warm hospitality and a cozy atmosphere await guests in 2 non-smoking restaurants. Catering options include half board and all-inclusive. A generous breakfast buffet, brunch, lunch and a comprehensive dinner buffet offer plenty of delicious variety. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes, lactose-free food and vegan food can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Booking Policy

  • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
  • EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
  • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
  • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
  • The room tariff is inclusive of all taxes but the amount paid does not include charges for any additional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These services will be charged by the hotel at the time of check-out.
  • If the hotel denies accommodation to the guests posing as a 'couple' on not providing suitable ID proof, EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for this condition and won’t provide any refund for such bookings.
  • The hotel reserves the right to decline accommodation to locals/city residents. EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for any check-in declined by the hotel or any refunds due to the above-mentioned reason.
  • For any modifications, users have to pay applicable cancellation/modification charges. Modified bookings will be subject to availability and may depend on the booking policy of the hotel. The cancellation/modification charges are standard and any waiver is on the discretion of the hotel.
  • In case of cancellation or modification, entire benefit (discount / cash back) on the actual booking amount will be forfeited.

  • In case of any amendment (date change) in your hotel reservation, EaseMyTrip.com would inform and advise you about the availability and applicable new rates.
  • If payment has been received by credit/debit card, the refund shall be credited to the same card by which the payment was received. For all other cases, the refund will be made by Account Payee Cheque only.
